Welche Daten werden erhoben?

Bei der Nutzung des Compliance-Checks werden folgende Daten verarbeitet:

E-Mail-Adresse: Wird im Formular eingetragen, um das persönliche Ergebnis zuzustellen.
Selbsteinschätzung: Ihre Antworten zu 8 Compliance-Bereichen (Status-Einschätzung und Relevanzgewichtung). Diese Angaben enthalten keine besonderen Kategorien personenbezogener Daten im Sinne von Art. 9 DSGVO.
IP-Adresse: Wird temporär und ausschliesslich als technischer Sitzungsschlüssel verwendet, um Ihre Antworten dem Formularversand zuzuordnen. Die IP-Adresse wird nicht gespeichert und nach spätestens 30 Minuten automatisch gelöscht.

Zweck der Verarbeitung

Die erhobenen Daten werden ausschliesslich für folgende Zwecke verwendet:

Ergebnisversand: Ihrer E-Mail-Adresse wird eine automatisch generierte Auswertung Ihrer Compliance-Einschätzung zugestellt.
Kontaktaufnahme durch die ipsoeco GmbH: Die E-Mail-Adresse sowie eine Zusammenfassung Ihrer Auswertung werden intern an das Complyant-Team (ipsoeco GmbH) übermittelt. Da Sie mit der Nutzung dieses Tools Interesse am Produkt Complyant bekundet haben, wird Sie das Complyant-Team im Anschluss per E-Mail kontaktieren, um Ihnen weiterführende Informationen sowie ein unverbindliches Beratungsangebot zukommen zu lassen.

Rechtsgrundlage

Die Verarbeitung erfolgt auf Basis Ihrer ausdrücklichen Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), die Sie durch das Absenden des Formulars sowie die Bestätigung der Datenschutzerklärung erteilen. Die Einwilligung kann jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen werden (Kontakt: complyant@ipsoeco.ch).

Empfänger und Weitergabe

Ihre Daten werden an folgende Dienstleister weitergegeben, die als Auftragsverarbeiter tätig sind:

Ninja Forms / Rocketgenius (USA, Standardvertragsklauseln) – Formularverarbeitung als WordPress-Plugin

Eine Weitergabe an Dritte zu Werbe- oder anderen Zwecken findet nicht statt.

Speicherdauer

E-Mail-Adresse und Auswertung werden nicht in einer Datenbank gespeichert. Die Verarbeitung beschränkt sich auf den Zeitpunkt des Formularversands.
Versendete E-Mails verbleiben in den Postfächern der Empfänger und unterliegen deren jeweiligen Löschfristen.

Ihre Rechte

Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18) sowie Widerspruch (Art. 21). Anfragen richten Sie bitte an: complyant@ipsoeco.ch.
